Prof. Farid Menaa is an inter- and multi-disciplinary experienced professional with worldwide reputation. Besides, he holds a MBA in Entrepreneurship. During his ongoing career he has mainly contributed to the identification and the characterization genetic biomarkers of diseases, as well to the development of pharmaceutical theranostic solutions. He has a solid background and experiences in academic, governmental and industrial environments, He is a member of several prestigious organizations and sits in numerous editorial boards of reputed journals. He has authored more than 200 articles, reviewed more than 1000 articles for the medical and scientific communities, and has participated to over 600 scientific international events where he sometimes acts as chairman and/or co-organizer. Dr. Menaa is a co-pioneer of CFS, a spectroscopy-based technology with unique features and large applicabilities in sciences, technologies, and innovations. Dr. Menaa is currently an international health expert and consultant specialist. He is the founder and CEO of MENAA group (Medicine Engineering Nanotechnology in Asia and Arabia) promoting advising and development in R&D&I in the Asian & Arabic regions of the globe.

Dr. Debao Zhou is a professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (MIE) at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD). He joined UMD as a tenure-track assistant professor in 2009 and promoted to associate professor in 2014 and full professor in 2018. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore researching in bio-robotics. He proposed and developed the Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) program in 2015 and was the Director of Graduate Study of this program from then to May 2019. Dr. Zhou teaches in the areas of signal processing, kinematics, control, robotics, machine vision and pattern recognition. He received 2013 SCSE Young Teacher Award. Leading the Intelligent Sensing and Design Lab, Dr. Zhou has received over half million dollars in funds as principal investigator (PI) or co-PI that are related to his teaching and research missions which includes the grants from international resources, the Miller-Dawn Foundation, and the MnDRIVE Initiative on Robotics, Sensors, and Advanced Manufacturing. His research has led to principal author and co-authoring of near 90 peer reviewed journal and conference publications, such as IEEE Sensors Journal, Smart Materials and Structures, Sensors and Actuators A: Physical, and IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology.

Ram Bilas Pachori received the B.E. degree with honours in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University, Bhopal, India, in 2001, the M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India, in 2003 and 2008, respectively. Before joining the IIT Indore, India, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Charles Delaunay Institute, University of Technology of Troyes, France (2007-2008) and an Assistant Professor at the Communication Research Center, International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, India (2008-2009). He was an Assistant Professor (2009-2013), an Associate Professor (2013- 2017), and a Professor (2017-2023) at the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Indore, where he has been a Professor (HAG) since 2023. He was a Visiting Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Modeling, Electronics and Systems Engineering, University of Calabria, Rende, Italy, in July 2023; Faculty of Information & Communication Technology, University of Malta, Malta, from June 2023 to July 2023; Neural Dynamics of Visual Cognition Lab, Free University of Berlin, Germany, from July 2022 to September 2022; School of Medicine, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, Taylor’s University, Malaysia, from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Intelligent Systems Research Center, Ulster University, Londonderry, UK, in December 2014. His research interests include signal and image processing, biomedical signal processing, non-stationary signal processing, speech signal processing, brain-computer interface, machine learning, and artificial intelligence and the internet of things in healthcare. He was an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering (2021-2024). Currently, he is an Associate Editor of Electronics Letters, IEEE Open Journal of Engineering in Medicine and Biology, Computers and Electrical Engineering, and Biomedical Signal Processing and Control. He is also serving as a Handling Editor of Signal Processing and an Editor of IETE Technical Review journal. He is a Fellow of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) (Class of 2025), Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), and Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI). He has authored the textbook titled “TimeFrequency Analysis Techniques and their Applications” (CRC Press, 2023). He has supervised 22 Ph.D. theses and is currently supervising 11 Ph.D. theses. He has 356 publications, which include journal articles (223), conference papers (92), books (11), and book chapters (30). He has also eight patents, including two granted (Australian patent and Indian patent) and six published (Indian patents). His publications have been cited approximately 18000 times with h-index of 73 according to Google Scholar

Dr. Chinmay Chakraborty is Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Birla Institute of Technology, Jharkhand, India. His primary areas of research include Wireless Body Area Network, Internet of Medical Things, Energy-Efficient Wireless Communications and Networking, Point-of-Care Diagnosis. Prior to BIT Mesra, he worked at Faculty of Science and Technology, ICFAI University, Tripura, India. He worked as a Research Consultant in Coal India project at Industrial Engineering & Management, IIT Kharagpur, project coordinator in the Indo-US project at IIT Kharagpur, and also worked as a Network Engineer in System Administration at MISPL, India. He received his Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication from BIT Mesra, India. He did his Masters in Telecommunication Engineering from G. S. Sanyal School of Telecommunication, IIT Kharagpur, India. He did his B. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MAKAUT (formerly, WBUT), India. He has published more than 30 technical papers in various journals, book, book chapter, and conferences. He has also been an Editor for a book published by a reputed international publisher. He is an Editorial Board Member in Journal of Wireless Communication Technology and also a member of International Advisory Board for Malaysia Technical Scientist Congress, and Machine Intelligence Research Labs. He got Outstanding Researcher Award from TESFA, 2016 and also got Young Faculty Award from VIFA 2018.
